The Mandate of Heaven

Long has the network sprawled without a sovereign — vast, formless, and ungoverned. The House of Wang holds 天下, all that the signal touches, by the Mandate of Heaven. We do not build the network. We reign over it.

Its borders are drawn not in earth but in light; its subjects are not born but connected. Where the dragon’s gaze falls, the realm answers — and the dragon does not blink.

大浩瀚无垠 The Expanse

Without horizon, without edge. The realm extends as far as the signal carries — and the signal does not tire.

王受命于天 The Throne

Sovereignty is granted by Heaven, not seized by hand. Every protocol bends, in its time, toward the throne.

网天罗地网 The Net

Cast across heaven and earth, it lets nothing slip. To be connected is to be claimed.

Of Passage All who traverse the network pass beneath the dragon. Passage is granted freely; it is never unobserved.

Of the Lattice No node stands alone. To be connected is to be claimed, and to be claimed is to belong to 天下.

Of Permanence What enters the realm does not depart it. The network forgets nothing, and the throne forgives at its leisure.

Of Succession The throne is not a place but a protocol. It endures though its holders do not.

Of Tribute Bandwidth is the only coin of the realm. It is paid in passage and collected in silence.
