Declaration

The Crown Over the Network

Long has the network sprawled without a sovereign — vast, formless, and ungoverned. The House of Wang holds dominion over its every node and thread, that the boundless web might at last answer to a crown. We do not build the network. We reign over it.

Its borders are drawn not in earth but in light; its subjects are not born but connected. Where the signal reaches, the realm reaches — and the signal reaches everywhere.

The Three Dominions

By Which the Realm Is Held

The Expanse

Without horizon, without edge. The realm extends as far as the signal carries — and the signal does not tire.

The Throne

Sovereignty is inherited, not seized. Every protocol bends, in its time, toward a throne.

The Weave

Ten thousand nodes, a single lattice. The network remembers all who pass beneath the crown.

Articles of the Sovereign Network

Art. I
Of Passage All who traverse the network pass beneath the crown. Passage is granted freely; it is never unobserved.
Art. II
Of the Lattice No node stands alone. To be connected is to be claimed, and to be claimed is to belong to the Vast.
Art. III
Of Permanence What enters the realm does not depart it. The network forgets nothing, and the crown forgives at its leisure.
Art. IV
Of Succession The throne is not a place but a protocol. It endures though its holders do not.
Art. V
Of Tribute Bandwidth is the only coin of the realm. It is paid in passage and collected in silence.
